Instructions: Please print out the PDF Registration Form to apply to the La Suerte or Ometepe Biological Field Stations. Fill out this form and mail it in to the address indicated below to finalize the application.

Please send an email to registration@lasuerte.org to verify course availability and to reserve your space while you submit your application. We can begin preliminary processing of your application, however, we won't be able to fully process your application until you forward the items listed in this link Required and Important Document Click Here.

Make yourself familiar with all of the information contained on this website. In particular, you should familiarize yourself with the Required and Important Documents in the link above.

Please check your emails regularly during the enrollment process. All enrollments will be coordinated electronically from our Miami Office.

Please note:
By completing and submitting this form, you are making an official, formal application to this program. Make sure you have read the important information in Required and Important Documents.

By submitting the application, you are declaring that the information which you entered is true. You will also be required to read and sign the release and indemnity agreement, waiver form, and the certificate of insurance form which will be forwarded to you. You will also be required to make a $150 deposit for each course you register for.

To formalize this application:
1- Print: a copy of the PDF form, fill it out and sign it.
2- Email: us at registration@lasuerte.org to inform us of your application and reserve class space.
3- Mail: the application along with a Registration fee (US$150.00 per course, in US currency and payable in USA banks)
